SHOW DAY: Sat 29th March 2025 Tech Run at ST Catherines

 

 DANCERS ARRIVE AT St Catherines BY 9.45 (FROM 9.30)

 Parents sign their dancers in at the stage door. Parents who are not Chaperone/volunteers may NOT enter the theatre. 

 All dancers arrive in either their cover ups or VMA top and leggings, with hair and makeup already done. Show line-up will be released closer to the show. 

 Additional costumes should be transported in a garment bags. Personalised VMA Garment Bags can be purchased from our online store. Some may be provided.

 Make sure your child eats breakfast something before arriving. Dancers will not be permitted to eat meals during the rehearsal. Bring along small (non-spill/stain) snacks.

 Dancers may be in dressing rooms or auditorium during rehearsal TBC. There will be dedicated staff members and volunteers in the dressing rooms to help students change and keep them occupied. 

 We will Break for Lunch at 12.15pm and will stay at the theatre for lunch . (some students may break earlier for lunch)

 

 Please Pack them a pack lunch

SHOW DAY: Sat 29th March 2025 2pm at St Catherines

 

 DANCERS that were not at tech are to ARRIVE AT St Catherines BY 13.15 (FROM 13.00)

 Parents sign their dancers in at the stage door. Parents who are not Chaperone/volunteers may NOT enter the theatre. 

 All dancers arrive in either their first costume or VMA top and leggings, with hair and makeup already done. Show line-up will be released closer to the show.

 Additional costumes should be transported in a garment bags. Personalised VMA Garment Bags can be purchased from our online store. Some may be provided.

 Dancers stay in the dressing rooms during the entire show. There will be dedicated staff members and volunteers in the dressing rooms to help students change and keep them occupied. 

 The show begins at 2pm and will last approx 2 hour (approx. collection 4.15)

 All students will then be dismissed from the theatre and collected at stage door. They can leave costumes/ make up etc at the theatre.

 DANCERS ARRIVE AT THE St Catherines BY 17.15 (FROM 17.00)

 Parents sign their dancers in at the stage door. Parents who are not Chaperone/volunteers may NOT enter the theatre. 

 All dancers arrive in either their cover up or VMA top and leggings, with hair and makeup already done. Show line-up will be released closer to the show. 

 Additional costumes should be transported in a garment bags. Personalised VMA Garment Bags can be purchased from our online store. Some may be provided.

 Make sure your child eats dinner before returning before arriving. Dancers will not be permitted to eat meals during the show. Bring along small (non-spill/stain) snacks.

 The show begins at 6.00pm and will last approx.. 2 hours. plus a 15/20min interval (approx. finish 8.15)
