Vocational Ballet Training

Students will study the Intermediate Foundation Ballet syllabus.

PBT

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening programme that has been designed to enhance students' technique by focusing on training the muscle memory required of each exercise in all forms of dance.

Pointe Work

Pointe technique is one of the most iconic element of ballet. Pointe technique is designed to make the ballet dancer appear weightless, light-footed and graceful while jumping and appearing to defy gravity.

Workshop

Each session we will run a workshop. This may be another classical style such as Character, Greek or National dance, or may be in Lyrical or Classical Ballet repertoire.
